Your new role
As a Licensed Architect, you will play a key leadership role within the practice, overseeing multiple residential projects from design through approvals and construction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage project teams, coordinate consultants and clients, and mentor junior staff and co-op students.Your responsibilities will include leading the design and delivery of small to mid-scale residential developments, navigating municipal approvals and zoning processes, managing project schedules and stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the ongoing development of internal standards and operational processes.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an OAA Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on residential projects within the Toronto market.You will possess:What you'll get in return
