A fully integrated real estate investment company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada is looking to expand its capital markets investment mandate to raise external capital and setup an investment fund after several years of highly successful results The Director of Finance will be part of a dynamic team, provide day-to-day support and will report directly to the CFO.
Additionally, the Director will contribute to various functions within our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities Support the setup of an Investment Fund within Pacific Reach, including support in obtaining EMD license and accredited Dealing Representative and Advising Representative status.
Directing the financial priorities including reporting, controls, financing, audit, tax structuring of the investment fund.
Act as the Dealing Representative under an EMD license, including performing KYC responsibilities.
Coordinate and perform special projects as requested Required Qualification and Skills Mandatory: CPA designation with Public Practice experience.
A bachelor’s degree or working experience in the finance industry.
