HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Fleet Support Analyst to help maximize fleet uptime by monitoring vehicle health, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating timely issue resolution.
In this role, you’ll support daily fleet operations by ensuring work is completed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, coordinate escalations, and improve fleet reliability.
The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, and thrives in fast-paced operational environments. They are an effective communicator who can quickly assess issues, prioritize actions, and collaborate across technical and operational teams.
As a Fleet Support Analyst, you'll:- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations.
- Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting by analyzing telemetry data and identifying potential hardware, software, or operational issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams and ensure timely follow-up.
- Document troubleshooting activities, findings, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze historical fleet data to identify trends, anticipate potential issues, and recommend preventive actions.
- Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and other stakeholders by providing timely updates on fleet status and issue resolution.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting day, swing, and mid shifts as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within the automotive, transportation, robotics, or related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience analyzing and interpreting operational or technical data
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with electric vehicle technology
- Experience providing remote vehicle troubleshooting or technical support
- Hands-on experience working with vehicle hardware
- Experience with Linux, Python, or similar tools used for fleet-level data analysis and processing
- Experience working with software that interfaces with hardware systems

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be available to candidates who are local to the Miami, FL area.
