Bilingual Contact Center Agent for a 3-month remote contract opportunity. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is fluent in both English and French and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced contact center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries in both official languages, research and resolve customer requests, and provide a professional, positive customer experience while meeting service standards.
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
- Location: Remote (Canada)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: 3-Month Temporary Contract

Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls professionally in both English and French.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding service.
- Research information using internal systems and available resources to resolve customer requests.
- Identify and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate research team when necessary.
- Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Handle challenging customer situations professionally and with empathy.
- Follow assigned schedules, call flows, and departmental procedures.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet departmental productivity, quality, and service expectations.
Qualifications- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center or contact center experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
Remote Work Requirements- Reliable high-speed internet connection:
- Preferred download speed: 25 Mbps or higher
- Preferred upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher
- Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 5 Mbps
- Jitter below 10.
- No mobile hotspots or unauthorized VPNs.
- Computer with Intel i5 (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5) processor or better.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM and 238 GB hard drive storage.
- Windows 10 or later, or macOS 14.0 or later.
- Headset and dual-monitor setup (laptop plus monitor or desktop with two monitors).
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace suitable for remote work.
