Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As aSenior Financial Services Representativeâyouwill leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations problem solve and provide personalized complex inquiries will be satisfiedin a timely manner and within established service standards. Financial Services Representativeswill grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertiseto assure members needs are met thus helpingVancityredefine wealth consistent with branch will also bring a strong knowledge ofVancityspolicies procedures systemsandsoftware.

This is a Full-time Permanent role located at Burquitlam Community Branch (Branch 74). Youwill report directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Perform member transactions consistent with established standards so that a high level of quality service delivery is achieved
• Identify and assess member/prospect needs to provide appropriate products services and referrals
• Provide ongoing technical support to the service team (new and tenured) so that member experience standards are achieved
• Apply branch service standards and support adherence to policies and procedures
• Apply and support adherence to controls to meet compliance and security requirements and mitigate risk

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• A High School Diploma At a minimum you have graduated high school and/or equivalent
• Customer Service Experience At least 1 year of working experience interacting with people and businesses in a professional capacity

What Youll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $33.90 to $41.98 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
