Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office
Role Overview
• Experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform
• Create dynamic, personalized, and high-volume customer communications across multiple channels
• Support enterprise communication and digital transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire
• Build dynamic, personalized communications for print, email, and digital channels
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and formatting for document generation
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including APIs, databases, and file-based feeds
• Ensure performance and scalability for high-volume batch and real-time processing
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Validate document layouts, formatting, and output accuracy
• Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and UAT
• Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting, and data integration
• Follow development standards, governance, and best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM)
• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire including Scaler, Designer, and Interactive
• Experience with template design, data mapping, and output generation
• Knowledge of multi-channel communication delivery including print, email, SMS, and digital channels
• Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, and data transformation
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, or scripting used in document composition
• Understanding of high-volume batch processing and performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in financial services or insurance domain
• Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of document archiving and ECM platforms such as OnBase
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream or EngageOne
