Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Salesforce Technical Architect are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization's needs
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing
Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions
Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions
Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and contract generation
Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ
Hands on knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-Docs.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ
Configure and customize CPQ features including:
o Product configuration
o Pricing rules
o Product rules
o Quote templates and approvals
Develop custom functionality using:
o Apex (Triggers, Classes)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Work on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract and billing processes
Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 + years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, 6+ years in Revenue Cloud including in Apex, Integration Lightning Web Component and CPQ
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and capabilities.
Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
Experience in data modeling and enterprise solution design
Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
Certifications (preferred): Leads
Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
Salesforce Certified Developer I/II
Salesforce Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud
Experience:
Leads 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Revenue/CPQ implementation experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (PI Planning and other Scrum Ceremonies).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
