Position Overview
Join our GNSS team for a hands-on student opportunity whereyoullwork at the intersection of field data collection and engineering analysis. As aGeomatics Internyoullcontribute to real-world testing of GNSS receivers and antennassupporting field measurement campaigns analyzing performance data and contributing to technical insights that inform product development.
This full-time position starts in September and offers flexible term lengths of 4 8 or 12 months. It is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of outdoor fieldwork and analytical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Support field measurement campaigns using GNSS receivers and antenna systems
Collect organize andmaintainaccuratesurvey and test data
Assistwith data processing analysis and performance evaluation of GNSS equipment
Contribute to technical reports summaries and documentation
Help coordinate and prepare for field testing activities
Support basic software testing and debugging related to data collection tools
Monitor data quality andidentifyinconsistencies or issues
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in aBachelorsprogram in Geomatics Engineering or a related field
Strong interest in GNSS positioning systems or geospatial technologies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data calculations and technical concepts
Familiarity with tools such as Excel MATLAB Python or similar is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Assets (Nice to Have)
Experience with GNSS equipment surveying or field data collection
Exposure to software testing or debugging
Compensation
$27.74- $30.74/hour
