The Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and growth of the company's partnership ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, creators, strategic partners, and referral partners to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
This person will serve as the primary owner of our affiliate platform (Impact.com), creator partnerships, ambassador program, user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, and partner communications, while collaborating closely with Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.

Develop relationships with health coaches, gyms, wellness clinics, functional medicine providers, corporate wellness programs, medical professionals, content publishers, podcasts, newsletters, and community organizations.
Monitor and report on affiliate revenue, influencer ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC) by partner, return on ad spend (ROAS) where applicable, referral revenue, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), new partner growth, and top-performing creators and affiliates.
Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
Partner with Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, Customer Experience, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations to ensure successful execution of campaigns and partnerships.
