As a Fill Operator in the manufacturing & logistics industry, your primary focus will be to safely and efficiently package finished products according to precise customer guidelines. In this dynamic manufacturing & logistics role, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative assembly team to meet daily production targets. Responsibilities
• Fill approved customer paint and coating products into designated containers and package securely for shipment.
• Assist in the proper organization and warehouse storage of finished products until they are ready for distribution.
• Operate high-speed mixers and industrial blending equipment to prepare batches immediately prior to the filling process.
• Manually clean, flush, and sanitize pumps, tanks, valves, and all associated parts during equipment breakdown and reassembly.
• Read, interpret, and strictly follow written filling instructions, specific recipes, and detailed customer order specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily log sheets, production entries, and material tracking records.
• Collaborate closely with fellow production operators to expedite priority batches and meet tight shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 5S and provincial health and safety standards.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a Fill Operator, Production Operator, or in a similar manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Valid certification or proven ability to safely operate a Forklift, Raymond Reach, and electric pallet truck.
• Capability to perform frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work a mandatory rotating shift schedule (Days and Afternoons).
• Steel-toed safety shoes (CSA approved) and a commitment to wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with a clean safety record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot filling machinery.
• Excellent reading comprehension and mathematical skills to interpret specific batch instructions and volume requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively on a fast-paced production line.
• High attention to detail to prevent product contamination and ensure exact container weights.
• Spatial awareness and safe driving capabilities for operating material handling equipment.
