Le spécialiste en enregistrement analyse les situations opérationnelles, valide les dossiers complexes et agit comme personne-ressource auprès des techniciens, chargés d’implantation, partenaires de distribution et clients. Il contribue aux implantations et projets de son secteur, soutient l’amélioration des processus administratifs et facilite la circulation de l’information au sein de l’organisation.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Analyser les activités reliées à la mise en vigueur de dossiers complexes et réaliser certains enregistrements, vérifier les dossiers et accompagner le technicien à l’enregistrement
Effectuer le suivi des dossiers sous sa responsabilité, et effectuer des suivis rigoureux afin de respecter les échéanciers requis pour les dossiers de mise en vigueur et renouvellements
Prendre connaissance des soumissions vendues et identifier les particularités administratives à adresser lors de l’enregistrement
Participer activement à différents comités internes et influencer les décisions d’optimisation pour notre secteur
Réaliser les activités reliées à la mise en vigueur de dossiers complexes
Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des employés de tous les services de l’entreprise concernant les opérations de sa direction
Choisir, recueillir, transformer, synthétiser ou adapter des renseignements en provenance de tous les services et organismes gouvernementaux pertinents et les transmettre, selon diverses techniques, aux employés des autres secteurs
Établir et maintenir les relations avec nos clients, nos différents fournisseurs de système de paie, nos partenaires d’affaires, nos adjudicateurs et TPA
Rédiger de la documentation destinée aux clients et partenaires d’affaires
Identifier tout changement qui pourrait influencer le modèle d’affaires utilisé avec les clients et partenaires pour le secteur concerné
Accompagner et supporter les techniciens dans les dossiers problématiques afin d’améliorer leurs connaissance
Participer à l’élaboration des programmes de formation
Vos talents et qualifications :
Diplôme d'études collégiales en assurance et services financiers
Deux ans d'expérience en assurance collective
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
