Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across DES digital portfolio
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize digital investments and strategic initiatives
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital products and/or platforms
- Define digital roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, and success metrics to measure business value
- Collaborate with Digital technology (DT), product management, DES engineering, and data teams to implement robust data governance, system integration and innovative digital solutions that enhance DES capabilities
- Monitor digital performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives. Raise change requests and/or find feasible solutions to ensure best practices and processes are followed throughout digital transformation
Qualifications (English)
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or another STEM field
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or business strategy
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, IoT, cloud platforms, AI, analytics and data engineering
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‑functional teams
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment and requires very good knowledge of English to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation from international organizations and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues
Required Skills (English)
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies on an enterprise level
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of digital technologies and ecosystems
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Power BI for data visualization and performance reporting
- Experience with Agile development standards and use of Azure DevOps and Confluence collaboration tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data and insights to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
