Résumé du poste

Relevant du gestionnaire principal, Qualité corporative et Excellence de la conformité, le ou la stagiaire, Excellence corporative, appuiera l’équipe de la Qualité corporative et de la Conformité dans la mise en œuvre d’initiatives liées à la qualité et à la conformité à l’échelle de l’organisation. Ce poste offre l’occasion d’acquérir une expérience pratique des systèmes de qualité, des programmes d’audit, de la surveillance de la conformité et de l’analyse de données dans un environnement réglementé.

Responsabilités

  • Participant à des projets liés à la qualité et à la conformité, y compris des initiatives de préparation aux audits.
  • Soutenant le téléchargement et la mise à jour des données dans les modules qualité de MasterControl.
  • Recueillant, analysant et présentant des données relatives à la qualité, aux audits et à la conformité.
  • Contribuant à l’analyse des tendances des observations d’audit et à la production de rapports sur les indicateurs de qualité.
  • Appuyant la révision de documents et la mise à jour de la documentation qualité.
  • Soutenant les activités favorisant le respect des procédures de l’entreprise et des exigences réglementaires.

Formation

  • Actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme d’études menant à un diplôme ou à un grade dans un domaine scientifique (ex. biologie, chimie, sciences pharmaceutiques, sciences alimentaires ou domaine connexe), à un programme en assurance de la qualité ou à un programme en affaires réglementaires.

Expérience

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Une expérience avec Smartsheet constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience avec Power BI constitue un atout.

Atouts

  • L’assurance qualité et les systèmes de gestion de la qualité (SGQ).
  • Les bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF/GMP) pharmaceutiques canadiennes et les environnements réglementés.
  • Les processus d’audit, les programmes de conformité ou les activités de révision documentaire.
  • L’analyse de données et la production de rapports.

Compétences et aptitudes

  • Grand souci du détail et excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à analyser l’information et à repérer les tendances.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale.
  • Solides compétences en travail d’équipe et en collaboration.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en bénéficiant d’encadrement et de soutien.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit) constitue un atout.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Quality and Compliance Excellence, the Specialist, Corporate Excellence Intern will support the Corporate Quality and Compliance team with quality and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in quality systems, audit programs, compliance monitoring, and data analysis within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with quality and compliance projects, including audit readiness initiatives.
  • Supporting the upload and maintenance of MasterControl quality modules data.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality, audit, and compliance data.
  • Assisting with audit observation trending and quality metrics reporting.
  • Supporting document reviews and quality documentation updates.
  • Supporting activities that promote compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Science‑related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Sciences, or a related field), Quality Assurance program, or Regulatory Affairs program.

Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.

Assets

  • Knowledge or interest in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Canadian pharmaceutical GMP regulations and regulated environments.
  • Audit processes, compliance programs, or document review activities.
  • Data analysis and reporting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and identify trends.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and support.
  • Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) is considered an asset.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$16.56 - $26.41
