Sr Solution Analyst, IT, Enterprise Apps

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a business‑facing resource to collaborate on solution components required to meet business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between IT, vendors, and business partners to ensure clear understanding of requirements and alignment of deliverables.
• Own solution design and work with IT partners to meet business needs.
• Define functional requirements for application development and facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables for vendors.
• Oversee and review testing plans and outcomes to validate solutions meet intent and respond appropriately to business demand for change.
• Participate in digital road‑mapping and investment planning activities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3‑5 years of practical experience in application solution design and analysis.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven capability and experience managing requirements‑gathering initiatives across multiple teams and business areas.
• Experience in functional solution design and delivery across a software development lifecycle is an asset.
• Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and design‑thinking approach to problem solving.
• Creative solutioning to influence and facilitate resolution of business issues; ability to influence and negotiate when appropriate.
• Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management and users.
• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Results‑driven personality.
