ResponsibilitiesSafe Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies in accordance with facility requirements.
Logistics & Staging: Load and unload trailers, managing material flow effectively to support uninterrupted production and shipping operations.
Inventory Control: Utilize handheld RF scanners to accurately log material movements and maintain strict inventory integrity.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections and strictly adhere to protocols to maintain a clean, accident-free workspace.
QualificationsProfessional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts within a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
Credentials: Valid Forklift Certification is strongly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie).
Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong performance under pressure, and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and collaborative teamwork.
