  • Overseeing a team of product management leaders who lead their teams in executing the global strategy for their product categories; who plan for long term glide path, seasonal line plans and monthly flow to all channels
  • Leading the creation of a global product framework and assortment structure that guides merchant execution within retail stores, ecommerce channels and wholesale in order to maximize sales, profit and global brand positioning
  • Overseeing product lifecycle and go to market process of all product categories through effective teamwork and partnership with all Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional partners in Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail and Commercial teams to ensure our creative vision and merchandising strategies are coming to life with the guest
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Contributing to holistic business evolution and serving as an influential senior leadership voice on our women’s strategy globally

  • You are an influential leader; possessing high emotional intelligence, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional groups at all levels of the business
  • You have strong business acumen with the ability to lead in a complex matrix business environment
  • You thrive on building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization
  • You have proven people leadership skills and the ability to build, coach and guide a diverse and high performing team
