RVS invites you to apply for a full-time (1.0 FTE) English/Cosmetology Teaching position starting August 27, 2026 at Chestermere High School. A Red Seal Certificate in this field will be considered an asset.

Chestermere High School is located in the City of Chestermere and serves students from grades 10-12. For more information regarding this school, please visit their website at This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS. Pre-employment Requirements

Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education at . External applicants must provide a professional letter of reference, attached to the job application, from their most recent supervisor, relevant to the job opportunity, written on company letterhead, signed and dated within the past 18 months New/Recent Graduates Only: In lieu of a reference letter, please submit your final practicum report.
