SAP P2C / I2C Lead

Our client, is seeking an expert-level, delivery-focused SAP P2C / I2C Lead (Plan-to-Cash / Idea-to-Cash & Plan-to-Stock Value Stream Architect) to guide a major, multi-year digital transformation initiative.

In this senior technical leadership role, you will act as the principal functional authority for the end-to-end Plan-to-Stock and production lifecycle within an enterprise S/4HANA environment. Your mandate encompasses managing the full software deployment lifecycle—from forecasting, demand management, and sales and operations planning (SIOP) simulations to material resource planning (MRP), shop floor execution, advanced warehousing, and final product quality gates. Operating under strict governance standards, you will lead high-stakes design workshops, align cross-functional warehouse and logistics integration patterns, and translate critical public defense manufacturing models into secure, automated, and audit-ready enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Strategic Value Stream Leadership & Workshop Facilitation
Plan-to-Stock Architecture Governance: Own, design, and optimize the end-to-end Plan-to-Stock value streams, ensuring secure forecasting, capacity planning, master scheduling, and production workflow patterns.

Enterprise Discovery Design: Lead enterprise blueprinting and translation workshops with senior stakeholders to map out functional requirement backlogs and strategic configuration targets.

Methodology Application: Execute software delivery streams in strict accordance with the SAP Activate methodology, preserving continuous compliance, documentation runbooks, and architectural traceabilities.

Cross-Functional Module & Process Integration
Multi-Module SAP Configuration: Oversee configuration rules, master data designs, and business logic across core SAP functional modules (PP, IM Logistics Execution, EWM, and QM).

End-to-End Business Validation: Support and optimize complex business processes in scope, including Simulation and SIOP Execution (sales and operations planning), Material Resource Planning (MRP), Production Picking and Staging, and Shop Floor Execution.

Logistics & Quality Engineering: Align production streams with complex logistical parameters, including Receiving Warehouse handling, manufacturing labor estimating, and integrated execution check-points within the QM block.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Manage intricate technical interfaces connecting production planning streams with distributed logistical, financial, and master data infrastructure networks across a large-scale ecosystem.



Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive professional experience operating as an SAP Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or Value Stream Director within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.

Transformation Portfolio: Proven, referenceable track record leading technical configurations for large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation programs.

Mandatory Functional Scope Mastery: Demonstrated, deep hands-on expertise implementing and supporting all of the following specialized SAP modules:

SAP Production Planning (PP)

SAP Inventory Management (IM) Logistics Execution

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

SAP Quality Management (QM)

Sector Pedigree: Extensive, direct experience delivering technical software solutions within the Public Sector, Government Agencies, or Defense Industry.

Methodology Literacy: Expert-level working knowledge of the SAP Activate delivery framework and related deployment practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Logistics, or an equivalent technical or quantitative discipline.

Soft Skills: Superior communication, facilitation, and senior stakeholder-management skills. An analytical consensus builder who can translate abstract regulatory parameters into clean system flows while maintaining a rigorous risk and control mindset.

Non-Negotiable Unique Security Requirements
Must hold and maintain an active, valid Canadian SECRET Security Clearance. Candidates without this active clearance level will not be evaluated under any circumstances.
