Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible opportunity? We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Digital Records Assistants. In this role, you will help maintain accurate digital records and support day-to-day administrative operations.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and are comfortable using a computer for basic administrative tasks. Previous experience is an asset but is not required, as paid training and ongoing support are provided. Both part-time and full-time positions are available to suit your schedule.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize, update, and maintain digital records and files.
Enter and review information for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve.
Assist with basic administrative and record management tasks.
Verify information and make corrections when needed.
Maintain the confidentiality of company records.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with email and standard office software is an asset.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
