Key Responsibilities
• Independently analyze IMS Segments and create detailed designs.
• Lead and guide junior developers.
• Participate in end-to-end field mapping activities.
• Develop, unit test, and deploy code.
• Work effectively within a pod with limited mainframe experience.
• Learn independently and adapt to changing requirements.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
