Production Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team in East Winnipeg for a temporary position. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packing line equipment, handling bulk raw ingredients, and ensuring the high-quality packaging of our natural food products.

Having your own transportation is ideal - there is transit access that is a 20 minute walk from this warehouse.

Responsibilities
-Work efficiently on the production line to package, label, and prepare food products for distribution.
-Supply raw materials to production machinery and safely stack or move finished products.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with facility standards.
-Visually inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet strict quality guidelines.
-Assist with general warehouse tasks and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Comfortably perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout your shift.
- Standing and walking for extended periods on the production floor.

Qualifications
-Steel toed shoes required
-Having your own car/reliable vehicle is preferred to ensure timely attendance.
-Reliable, punctual, bring positive energy, and work well with others.
-6+ months of prior warehouse or production work experience is an asset
-Previous experience with food safety protocols, HACCP, or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is considered a strong asset.
-Ability to comfortably perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the production floor.
-Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently.
