Job description
Join Norstar Industries as a Sales Manager for the Agricultural Division in Morris, MB. This role centers on leading a successful team and driving business growth in agriculture. As a full-time leader, your focus will be on establishing clear expectations and guiding your team to achieve their sales objectives. With a strong agricultural and manufacturing foundation, you will implement strategic sales processes and foster a culture of accountability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring successful execution and driving performance improvements.
