Gestionnaire d'applications TI RH / HR IM Applications Manager

Location: Mirabel, Québec, Canada (Digital for Corporate North American team)

Job Focus

Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management of HR IT products and applications, with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Time Management modules, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of core HR systems for Airbus North‑American entities.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and drive full service lifecycle (design, industrialisation, operation, support) for HR IT services.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and Design Authority for Workday configuration, translating complex business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Maintain service quality, meet SLAs, manage vendor and integrator performance, and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder escalations, and align local HR requirements with global HRIS strategy.
• Lead detailed analysis sessions for complex HCM and time‑tracking requirements, identify gaps, and propose system design improvements.
• Design, customise, test, and deploy Workday HR processes and integrations, focusing on implementation and enhancement of modules.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting of legacy HR applications to maintain optimal integrity.
• Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements and Operations Level Agreements for HR IT services.
• Act as key IT contributor during system crises or escalations, liaising with internal and external resolution teams to ensure rapid corrective action.
• Define and implement continuous improvement actions, manage cost allocation, and contribute to strategic product roadmaps.
• Maintain comprehensive functional design documents, test cases, and knowledge‑base articles for Workday HCM and Time Tracking solutions.
• Coordinate governance support and regular meetings with HR business customers, suppliers, and global IM partners.
• Track vendor performance using contractual KPIs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing HR ERP/HRIS implementation, support, and service delivery.
• Extensive experience with the Workday Core HCM system, including business process framework, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle.
• Hands‑on expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting Workday modules, especially Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and delivering services in an outsourced environment.
• Experience with system/data migration, solution design, architecture, and integration between HRIS and other enterprise systems.
• Project leadership experience for HRIS implementation projects with cross‑functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Workday HCM or Time Tracking module certification (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technical and HR teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, interpreting complex regulatory and business requirements.
• Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industry (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, agile, team‑oriented environment.
