As a Commercial Underwriter, you will be responsible for conducting and reviewing transactional information in order to request title and off title searches from various municipalities, review documents, discuss problems with customers, underwrite defects and issue policies. Technical knowledge of the practice of real estate law and an understanding of the mechanics of a real estate transaction is crucial.HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
