Job description

Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a Technical Marketing Managerforits construction software portfolioand Forma industry cloudto provide technical marketing assets, shareindustryinsights, and help guideour product storytelling initiativesto ensure wespeak to our customers in a grounded and credible way. Activities will include the creation of datasets, creative assets (video, images, infographics, etc.), enablement tools, use-case scenarios, technical presentations,marketing campaign assets, and more. You will also present and deliver technical materials invarious ways, including virtual and in-person presentations.

AsaTechnicalMarketing Manager, you will alsointerface withCustomers, Sales, Channel Partners, Product/Product Line Managers, and Product/Audience Marketing Managers. You will bea go-to resourceon theAECOMarketing team toserve as a subject matter expert for the construction industryand our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Autodesk’stechnical storytellingfor construction products, producing customer-facing technical content using a variety of live,digital, and visual media

  • Source or create foundational assets needed to support technical marketing activities, such as real-world data sets,sales presentations, and technical demonstrations

  • Work withcross-functionalteams, includingaudienceand product marketing, industry strategy, product management, sales, and customer success,to contribute to marketing initiatives for global use

  • Participate inthe integrated marketing plan for theconstructionaudience todrive audience awareness, preference, and adoptionofour solutions globally

  • Partner with sales,productmarketing, growth marketing, and demand generation teams on plans and campaigns that drive ACV

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are a storyteller who translatesfeaturespeakinto customer benefits and outcomes that resonate with employees, customers, partners, analysts, and media

  • You haveproficiencyin video and multi-media software such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud,Navattic,Wistiaor comparable software to be able to self-produce technical content

  • Youdemonstrateinitiative, accountability, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects

  • You aredata-drivenmarketer who usesdataand analytics to measure andoptimizemarketing efforts and programs

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing or technical marketing role, with construction industry experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical marketing, technical sales, consulting, or customer success role

  • Knowledge of theAECO lifecycleprocess,with deep subject matterexpertisein the variousconstruction workflows

  • Proficiency in Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) products, and at least familiarity with additional Autodesk design and construction software such as Navisworks, ReCap Pro, Revit, Civil 3D and Forma

  • You are passionate about design, technology, and innovation across theAECOindustry

  • Your own industry experience uniquely qualifies you to converse with, challenge and inspirethose that you work with

  • Youpossessthe ability to give a presentation vs. reading bullet points off a PowerPoint. The ability to inspire audiences with your enthusiasm and genuinely positive outlook ondigital transformation

  • You excel at creating fresh, dynamic, and compelling technical content

Autodesk recherche un responsable marketing technique pour son portefeuille de logiciels de construction et sa plateforme cloud sectorielle Forma. Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de fournir des ressources marketing techniques, de partager des analyses sectorielles et de contribuer à orienter nos initiatives de communication produit afin de garantir que nous nous adressons à nos clients de manière concrète et crédible. Ses missions comprendront notamment la création de jeux de données, de ressources créatives (vidéos, images, infographies, etc.), d’outils d’accompagnement, de cas d’utilisation, de présentations techniques, de supports de campagne marketing, et bien plus encore. Vous serez également amené(e) à présenter et à diffuser des supports techniques de diverses manières, notamment lors de présentations virtuelles et en présentiel.

En tant que responsable marketing technique, vous serez également en contact avec les clients, les équipes commerciales, les partenaires de distribution, les responsables de produits/gammes de produits et les responsables marketing produits/cibles. Vous serez la référence au sein de l’équipe marketing AECO en tant qu’expert(e) du secteur de la construction et de nos produits.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger la communication technique d’Autodesk pour les produits destinés au secteur de la construction, en produisant du contenu technique destiné aux clients à l’aide de divers supports en direct, numériques et visuels

  • Rechercher ou créer les ressources fondamentales nécessaires pour soutenir les activités de marketing technique, telles que des ensembles de données réelles, des présentations commerciales et des démonstrations techniques

  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment celles chargées du marketing public et produit, de la stratégie sectorielle, de la gestion de produit, des ventes et de la réussite client, afin de contribuer à des initiatives marketing à l’échelle mondiale

  • Participer au plan marketing intégré destiné au public du secteur de la construction afin de renforcer la notoriété, la préférence et l’adoption de nos solutions à l’échelle mondiale

  • Collaborer avec les équipes des ventes, du marketing produit, du marketing de croissance et de la génération de demande sur des plans et des campagnes visant à stimuler l’ACV

Qualifications Minimales

  • Vous êtes un conteur capable de traduire le langage technique des fonctionnalités en avantages et résultats concrets pour les clients, qui trouvent un écho auprès des collaborateurs, des clients, des partenaires, des analystes et des médias

  • Vous maîtrisez les logiciels vidéo et multimédia tels que Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Navattic, Wistia ou tout autre logiciel équivalent, afin de pouvoir produire vous-même du contenu technique

  • Vous faites preuve d’initiative, de sens des responsabilités et de la capacité à hiérarchiser et gérer plusieurs projets complexes

  • Vous êtes un professionnel du marketing axé sur les données, qui utilise les données et les analyses pour mesurer et optimiser les efforts et les programmes marketing

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste de marketing produit ou de marketing technique ; une expérience dans le secteur de la construction est un atout

Qualifications Souhaitées

  • Expérience dans un poste de marketing technique, de vente technique, de conseil ou de réussite client

  • Connaissance du cycle de vie AECO, avec une expertise approfondie des différents flux de travail dans le domaine de la construction
