  • Maintain productivity and workflow by completing repairs according to department schedules and production targets
  • Move vehicles safely in and out of the paint department while handling customer vehicles with care
  • Collaborate with the paint team and production staff to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain painting equipment, spray guns, and related tools
  • Maximize material usage and minimize waste while maintaining repair quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Properly dispose of hazardous materials and waste products
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately colour match and perform paint blending techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced production setting
