HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Project Coordinator – Infrastructure & Deployment Operations to support the successful delivery of infrastructure deployments and ensure site readiness across multiple concurrent programs.
In this role, you’ll coordinate project schedules, logistics, procurement, and cross-functional activities, allowing technical teams to stay focused on execution while ensuring deployments remain organized, on schedule, and scalable.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at keeping cross-functional initiatives on track.
As a Project Coordinator – Infrastructure & Deployment Operations, you'll:- Manage project schedules and milestones for multiple concurrent infrastructure deployments, ensuring predictable execution and timely delivery.
- Administer Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting to maintain visibility across active projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and drive accountability across deployment stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and bottlenecks, escalating issues proactively to minimize deployment delays.
- Manage infrastructure bills of materials (BOMs), revision control, and inventory tracking to support deployment readiness.
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor logistics, and domestic and international shipments.
- Support site readiness activities before deployment and coordinate post-shipment logistics to ensure successful installations.
- Develop and maintain standardized deployment processes, documentation, and operational playbooks that improve scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or program management, preferably within infrastructure, data center, hardware, or construction environments
- Strong proficiency with Jira, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting, as well as project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
- Experience with inventory management systems, bill of materials (BOM) tracking, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining close attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and translate technical updates into clear project status reports
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to build and improve operational processes in a fast-paced, growing environment

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the San Francisco, CA area.
