What you’ll do:
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports for various HR programs and initiatives
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing professional, responsive, and service-oriented support
- Build positive working relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners while delivering exceptional internal customer service
- Support the promotion and coordination of employee wellness initiatives in collaboration with the HR team
- Coordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, working with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Draft, review, and maintain employee documentation, including letters, contracts, and other professional communications
- Maintain and update internal employee platforms, ensuring HR content and resources are accurate, relevant, and accessible
- Oversee records management, including HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
- Facilitate clear and engaging communications related to employee benefits, perks, and HR programs
- Assist in coordinating employee communications and supporting initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the HR team

Do you fit the part?
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources is required
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Administrative experience is preferred
- Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with employees, managers, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset and a passion for helping people
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and relationship-focused environment
