In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless B2B operations and maintain strong vendor relationships within the industrial supply sector. As the primary point of contact for various vendors, your day-to-day tasks will heavily involve processing complex orders and identifying customer needs using advanced CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and JD Edwards. Because this role caters specifically to an Eastern Canada clientele, fluency in both French and English is mandatory. You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to communicating in French, seamlessly transitioning between languages to manage inquiries and resolve issues. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years of order management experience who can hit the ground running.

You will be stepping into a structured yet welcoming business casual work environment, operating on a standard 8-hour daytime shift. The position is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite to ensure comprehensive hands-on training,. Responsibilities
• Identifying the needs of the customers accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating daily with vendors in a strictly B2B capacity.
• Handling a high volume of communications, with 80% of calls in French.
• Supporting and interacting directly with the Eastern Canada clientele.
• Navigating and updating accounts using Salesforce software.
• Processing complex orders utilizing JD Edwards or Enterprise 1.
• Acting as a Senior order management specialist to ensure smooth transactions.
• Participating actively in hands-on training and shadowing.

Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in customer service or order management.
• Technical experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards or Enterprise 1 is preferred.
• Must be fully bilingual (French and English) to handle 80% of calls in French.
• Ability to commute to the office located on Mississauga Road for 3 days a week and a quiet office to work from when at home.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a Senior order management specialist.
• A bubbly personality and the readiness to hit the ground running.
