Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Lead the ongoing evolution of our measurement and analysis tools and processes;
- Manage tracking codes and pixels, along with related technology, throughout our marketing channels;
- Mine data from multiple systems and provide comprehensive analysis and insights;
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver actionable data in friendly, digestible formats, including dashboards and reports;
- Assist with the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, working with vendors and other team members to execute;
- Actively participate in team meetings to drive improvements to campaign performance and overall website metrics;
- Other duties as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
- Post-secondary degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field required.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and exposure to emerging tracking and data collection tools.
- Experience with Google Data Studio or experience utilizing data visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Proficient with SQL and Python
- Expert command of spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and project management skills.
- Driven yet collaborative - you work well in an engaged, busy team environment.
- Savvy and up-to-date with current digital marketing practices.
- Proactive, organized, and results driven.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual salary): $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
