RMA Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in a key support role.

This position is responsible for managing customer return requests initiated by the Service team, ensuring merchandise is returned to Evertz in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The role involves close collaboration with internal departments—including Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support—to facilitate warranty replacements, coordinate repair unit shipments, and prepare replacement quotes for customers.
