About the role
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing Earthworks team. In this role, you'll lead the estimating process from initial takeoffs through bid submission, helping secure profitable work while supporting successful project execution. Working closely with operations, project management, clients, and trade partners, you'll develop accurate estimates, manage project budgets, identify new opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement across the division. If you enjoy combining technical expertise, relationship building, and strategic thinking in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
