Medical Staff Talent has been directly commissioned by a prominent Royal Family in Jeddah to identify an elite, Western-trained Consultant in Anesthesia and Intensive Care. Operating autonomously within a private, state-of-the-art sovereign medical infrastructure, you will hold absolute clinical sovereignty over a highly restricted, exclusive patient panel. This high-fidelity role centers on providing immediate acute care readiness, continuous health monitoring, and long-term physiological optimization. You will direct and collaborate closely with an elite, handpicked team of Western-trained Private Nurses, ensuring seamless, round-the-clock clinical continuity, exceptional medical synergy, and absolute compliance with royal protocols.
Requirements
Tier-1 Western medical credentials, including Fellowship of the Royal College (FRCPC), American Board, or UK CCT/CCST in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.
At least 6 years of active post-board practice managing complex critical care and trauma settings within major Western teaching institutions.
Absolute diplomatic discretion, flawless command of the English language, and a proven history of operating under strict non-disclosure frameworks (NDAs).
Exceptional leadership capabilities to effectively manage and guide a dedicated interdisciplinary private nursing matrix.
