Job description

Job Description:

  • Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for client requests.Prepare meeting materials, investment reports, and correspondence.Support client meetings through coordination, note-taking, and follow-up.Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely, proactive communication.
  • Account AdministrationFacilitate onboarding of new clients, including KYC, and compliance processes.Maintain accurate client data and ensure CRM systems are up to date.Process account changes, transfers, cash movements, and trade instructions efficiently.Liaise with custodians, internal departments, and external partners to resolve client issues.
  • Portfolio & Investment SupportSupport portfolio rebalancing, client reporting, and performance review activities.Prepare trade tickets, investment proposals, and financial planning summaries.Monitor key client milestones, portfolio events, and tax-related deadlines.
  • Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure documentation and processes comply with regulatory standards.Assist with ongoing KYC updates and suitability reviews.Support internal process improvements.

  • Competitive Compensation Package: Salary range of $68,000 - $74,000 per annum, with flexibility for exceptional candidates with highly relevant experience. Compensation will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience working in private wealth, investment advisory, or financial services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Enrollment in the CFA program is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Advent, and Salesforce software preferred.
