Position Overview: As a Bartender , your role is to provide outstanding service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory.

Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.

Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items, including Italian wine pairings, amari, and classic cocktails. Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.

Collect and process payments.

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Maintain the bar area stocked, clean and organized.

Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

Requirements: Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and spirits (such as Grappa, Amaro, and regional varieties) is an asset.

Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que Barman/Barmaid est requise.
