Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement operations, supplier engagement, and sourcing activities. This individual will be responsible for managing purchase order processes, tracking orders, resolving PO-related issues, and partnering with suppliers to ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and supply chain operations.
This person will support efforts to build greater knowledge across project categories, with a particular focus on the spares space, supplier landscape, and market intelligence. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of initiatives, proactively identifies opportunities, and helps drive improvements across the supply chain organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement, or sourcing
• Experience managing purchase order issuance, order tracking, and PO issue resolution
• Experience working directly with suppliers and following up to ensure successful execution of orders
• Experience supporting MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives and supplier research
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter who can take ownership of workstreams and operate with minimal direction
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and execute against them
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with MRO products or equipment manufacturing organizations
• Experience within product or equipment manufacturing (ex. Johnson Controls)
• Experience conducting market intelligence research and supplier analysis
• Experience supporting facilities operations, spares management, or related supply chain categories
