Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling technicians and fitters for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs and/or service work
  • Scheduling technicians and fitters for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
  • Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
  • Organizing lift rentals for job requirements and hotel bookings for out-of-town work.
  • Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP system
  • Assist with invoicing and billing
  • Assisting with reports and quotes including distribution and uploading
  • Customer service duties
  • Material ordering and receiving
  • Create and receive Purchase Orders
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives with customer renewals
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field; or 3 years' working experience
  • Experience in data management
  • Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel is an asset
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and be a versatile team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in ERP Systems and advanced computer ability an asset
  • Industry experience in Fire and Life Safety an asset but not required
