Job Title: Leasing Team (Hosts & Specialists) Primary Location: Surrey, BC Job Status: Lease-Up, SalariedPacific Cove Properties is a BC-owned and operated property management and development company providing rental accommodation to almost 3000 families and individuals in communities throughout British Columbia, including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan. Role Overview:We are building our leasing team for Solero, an exciting new purpose-built rental development in Surrey.Solero is a thoughtfully designed rental community offering modern homes, exceptional amenities, and a connected lifestyle. Join us in bringing vibrant rental communities to life through focus, follow-through, and a commitment to excellence.Apply today!Key Responsibilities:Support the successful lease-up of a new purpose-built rental community. Deliver an outstanding experience for prospective residents throughout the leasing journey. Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries and prospect communications. Support leasing activities from initial prospect engagement through lease execution, as applicable to the role. Build positive relationships with prospective residents while representing Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner. Promote the community, available homes, amenities, and current leasing initiatives. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative processes. Work collaboratively within the leasing team to achieve occupancy objectives. Ensure leasing offices, display suites, and marketing materials are presented to a high standard. Adhere to company policies, internal screening procedures, and the Residential Tenancy Act. Required Skillsets:Availability to work evenings and weekends.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience considered an asset).Professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.Physically fit to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.Knowledge of residential leasing or the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an assetEducation and Experience:Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, administration, or a related field is considered an asset.Relevant post-secondary education, professional training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Successful candidates will be considered for opportunities within the leasing team based on their experience, qualifications, and demonstrated strengths.
