· Deliver individual and group programming that supports personal development, skill-building, accountability, and healthy relationships

· Develop and support individualized, youth-centred plans that recognizes strengths, address barriers to learning, and support personal and educational goals

· Respond to youth experiencing distress, conflict, or dysregulation using supportive engagement, de-escalation strategies, co-regulation, and collaborative problem-solving

· Support a safe and inclusive environment by modelling positive interactions, reinforcing expectations, and using restorative approaches that promote learning, accountability, and growth

· Participate in the supervision, training, and development of placement students

· Provide healthy, nutritious snacks for youth, utilizing safe food handling protocols

· Maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and safe program space that supports learning, engagement, and daily programming

Administration & Professional Development

· Ensure youth records and documentation are maintained according to ministry standards and program policies and procedures

· Support data collection, reporting, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen services and outcomes

· Complete Serious Occurrence Reports and other required documentation as needed, with support from program leadership

· Actively participate in individual and team meetings, supervision, case consultations, planning sessions, and required trainings

· Collaborate and problem-solve effectively with team members by sharing information, contributing ideas, and supporting consistent approaches within the classroom and program environment

· Engage in ongoing learning and reflective practice to strengthen trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centred approaches

· Demonstrate Springboard’s values through respectful relationships, professional boundaries, and interactions that promote dignity, belonging, and inclusion

· Participate in organizational initiatives, committees, and strategic priorities as required

· Other responsibilities as assigned.
