About the Role

Based in Flin Flon/The Pas, you’ll service and install commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while working alongside a team that values quality workmanship, customer relationships, and technical expertise.

Your work will include:

• Service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman HVAC Technician or Level 3 or Level 4 Apprentice (Level 1 & 2 apprentices are not being considered)
• Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Safety-minded with excellent customer service skills
• Gas Fitter B License is an asset but not required
