Data Entry & Triage: Execute high-volume data entry and script processing using Kroll software, while fielding incoming orders and phone inquiries for your designated homes. We are ideally looking for someone with MediCare and PCC software experience as well.
Backend Administration: Manage and track annual medication reviews requiring physician signatures every six months, and ensure all regulatory forms are updated properly.
Account Management: Oversee and review monthly resident invoicing and account balances for your assigned homes (complete training on the billing/account side will be provided).
Relationship Building: Serve as a pleasant, empathetic, and warm point of contact for home staff, addressing inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a well-rounded, team-first approach by stepping in to help with filling, labeling, or general tasks when colleagues are away or during peak times.

Mandatory: LTC Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant in a Long-Term Care (LTC), retirement home, or group home pharmacy setting.is required (no exceptions)
Technical Software Expertise: Proven proficiency using Kroll pharmacy software, MediCare, and PointClickCare (PCC).
Exceptional Communication: A highly personable, warm, and professional telephone manner with a service-first attitude.
On-Call Availability: Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation 1 to 2 days per week (weekdays via a mobile app, with an open mind for occasional weekend coverage; calls are highly limited and typically involve basic text or call routing to a regulated HCP).
Location: Ability to work 100% on-site at the Brantford facility.
