Who are you?
To meet the growing demand for our product we're looking for a CNC & Fabrication Lead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advanced CNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput.
This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on the floor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication environment.

What will you do?
- Lead daily production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations
- Coordinate labour, machine capacity, and material flow to meet production targets
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes
- Monitor production performance and adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality
- Lead structured problem-solving on quality issues and production disruptions
- Ensure safety standards and operating procedures are consistently followed
- Support training and development of operators and team leads
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processes.
