What you’ll do:

The Agro Site Operator will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
• Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto

• Shippingandreceiving

• Overseeandassistindeliveries

• Basicrepairsand maintenance

• Loadingandunloadingproduct

• Maintainingdaytodayimagestandardsand cleanliness

• Fertilizerblending

• Inventorymanagement

• Maintenanceandsafetydocumentationandschedulingofitems(computer)

• Otherprojectsandassignmentsasrequired

Thispositionrequiresthemaintenance,useandsafeoperationofequipmentincludingsmalltractors, tendertruck, forklifts, augers, as well as heavy lifting of product.

Wearelookingforapositive,approachableandmotivatedindividual withadrivetolearn.Previousexperiencewith agriculture is preferred, however we welcome candidates with a combination of relevant experience and/or education.Candidates will demonstrate the following:

Thispositionrequiresavalidfull Class3driver’slicense, withaClass1licensebeingabenefit.Thisposition requires an individual who is mechanically inclined and comfortable with computers.
