Nous recherchons un(e) Project Management Officer pour intégrer notre équipe dans la région de Montréal (QC) !

Rôle et responsabilités :

  • Assurer le respect des processus de gestion de projet
  • Suivre l'avancement, identifier les activités critiques, anticiper les dérives, tirer la sonnette d'alarme et mettre les activités sous contrôle
  • Animer les instances de pilotage et coordonner les acteurs
  • Développer une culture de projet, responsabiliser les personnes et créer des liens entre elles
  • Identifier et traiter les risques et les opportunités susceptibles d'impacter le projet
  • Construire et gérer les plannings des projets à différents niveaux, du macro au détaillé, en utilisant des outils PPM (Planisware, MS-Project...)
  • Améliorer les délais de traitement des mises à jour et industrialiser le reporting associé
  • Assurer la cohérence des activités
  • Promouvoir auprès des équipes une gestion basée sur la planification
  • Construire des budgets pluriannuels avec les interlocuteurs métiers, sur la base d'hypothèses de travail, pour maîtriser le coût prévisionnel à l'achèvement du projet
  • Mettre en évidence les écarts entre le réalisé et le prévisionnel et apporter les justifications nécessaires
  • Calculer la valeur acquise le cas échéant

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Autonomie, adaptabilité, réactivité
  • Capacité à faire preuve de structuration et de synthèse
  • Esprit d'innovation, capacité à définir et gérer des projets
  • Rigueur, capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets
  • Capacité à produire des rapports
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Excel, ERP, etc.)
  • Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team in the Montreal area (QC)!

Role & responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with project management processes
  • Monitor progress, identify critical activities, anticipate deviations, sound the alarm, and bring activities under control
  • Lead steering bodies and coordinate players
  • Develop a project culture, empower people and create links between them
  • Identify and deal with risks and opportunities that could impact the project
  • Build and manage project schedules at various levels, from macro to detailed, using PPM tools (Planisware, MS-Project...)
  • Improve update processing times and industrialize associated reporting
  • Ensure consistency of activities
  • Promote planning-based management to teams
  • Build multi-year budgets with business contacts, based on working hypotheses, to control the forecast cost at project completion
  • Highlight discrepancies between actual and forecast and provide the necessary justification
  • Calculate earned value where applicable

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Rigor, ability to coordinate several projects
  • Ability to produce reports
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, ERP, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of French and English (oral and written)
