Warranty Administrator – Brantford, ON
Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Administrator for a 12‑month contract based in Wyndfield, Brantford. The primary role involves serving as the main point of contact for homeowners after closing, handling Tarion warranty forms, and coordinating technician and trade schedules for warranty repairs.
Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and forward home‑buyer inquiries to the appropriate trades and department associates to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate follow‑up activities with customers, the construction team, and the warranty service team, including rescheduling and scheduling trade partners.
- Engage managers for escalations and schedule touchpoints accordingly.
- Enter and complete work orders in NewStar programs.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service and / or administrative experience.Experience in the home‑building industry is an asset.Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.Knowledge of the Tarion warranty process.Benefits
