Job description
Drive success as a Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Underwriter in a flexible hybrid environment. Focus on underwriting while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely processing. This role within a vibrant commercial team allows you to use your bilingual skills effectively. You will be responsible for analyzing loan files, communicating with key partners, and managing a steady pipeline of applications. Your analytical acumen and organizational skills are essential for contributing to departmental targets and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Underwrite conventional commercial loans with precision • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Manage loan application processes and track progress • Prepare monthly reports and administrative documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Requirements: • Bilingual in French and English is mandatory • Minimum of 2 years in commercial mortgage underwriting • Relevant degree in finance or business preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Strong analytical and communication capabilities Bring your financial expertise and bilingual communication skills to excel in commercial mortgage underwriting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
