Job description
Become a Tax Manager at MNP, where you will lead teams to devise compliant tax strategies. Engage directly with clients and regulatory bodies in a diverse, growth-oriented setting. As a Manager in the Tax team at MNP, you will harness your skills to manage client relationships and facilitate tax engagements. With 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, advising on tax policies, and developing strategies that benefit clients. Your leadership will also focus on coaching team members and fostering professional development. Key Responsibilities: • Guide multiple teams in client-facing tax services • Advise clients on tax compliance and strategy development • Communicate with Canada Revenue Agency on tax affairs • Plan and manage client engagement timelines and finances • Contribute to new ideas to improve work processes Requirements: • CPA designation and In-depth Tax Program certification • 4 to 5 years of experience in tax consulting • Extensive knowledge of Canadian taxation principles • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Preparedness for potential travel Drive meaningful change as a Tax Manager at MNP, where innovation meets compliance in a thriving environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
