Seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO while managing daily office operations. The ideal candidate is a professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. Providing administrative support to the CEO and CFO; Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings; Preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents; Answering phones, and provide exceptional customer service; Conducting outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients; Maintaining office filing systems and oversee general office administration; Utilizing Microsoft Office and healthcare related platforms efficiently; Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
