Are you passionate about implementing innovative business solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform?

Do you enjoy working closely with clients, configuring solutions, and exploring new frontiers like Contact Center, Field Services, Project Operations, Copilot/AI, and Power Pages? Join Deloitte's fast-growing Microsoft Business Applications practice and help our clients transform their organizations in the digital age.

• Client Engagement & Solution Design: Work with clients to understand business objectives, document processes, and help design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Support clients through their digital transformation journeys.
• Functional & Technical Configuration: Contribute to the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications (including Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Center, and AI/Copilot capabilities). Ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements.
• Delivery Support: Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption, while supporting more junior team members.
• Innovation & Practice Growth: Build skills in emerging areas such as Copilot/AI, Power Pages, and advanced web development. Help evaluate new tools, ISVs, and methodologies to improve delivery quality.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and support client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
• Pre-Sales & Offerings Development: Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and market-relevant offerings leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience configuring, designing, and delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Prior consulting experience is an asset.
• Functional & Technical Knowledge:
  o Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (such as Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Centre, Marketing, and/or Commerce).
  o Working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and an interest in related web development technologies.
  o Familiarity with AI/Copilot features and exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps) is an asset.
  o Exposure to data migration, system integration, and security best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams, support junior staff, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good project coordination and client relationship skills.
• Interest in expanding into new areas of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Omnichannel, Copilot/AI, Power Pages) and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are an asset.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
