Job description
Join Instrumentl as the Growth Marketing Leader, driving engagement strategies for nonprofits. Own and optimize the demand generation funnels and campaigns in a mission-driven environment. This exciting role at Instrumentl calls for a seasoned marketer with over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. You will forge paths to attract and retain grant-funded organizations through innovative campaigns and collaborations with internal teams. Your strategic mindset and creative approaches will help enhance conversions throughout the user journey. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead a comprehensive demand generation engine • Craft compelling marketing campaigns for engagement • Own and refine the conversion funnel and sales handoff • Partner cross-functionally for cohesive marketing efforts • Utilize analytics for continuous improvement and learning Requirements: • 8+ years in demand generation at a SaaS company • Proven history of controlling pipeline performance • Experience with SEO, Paid Social, Email, and CRO • Strong ability to work with agencies and internal teams • Creative thinker with successful campaign examples Be part of a mission-oriented growth journey, making a difference in how nonprofits operate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
